In the study of Exodus, kids will learn about the Israelites becoming slaves in Egypt
Moses’ birth & his life being miraculously preserved, how Moses’ impulsive act forced him to flee Egypt to Midian where he lived for 40 years, the Lord calling Moses to be the human leader of the Israelites, the Lord leading & guiding the events to free the Israelites & become their God & King, Faith Words to help them build their spiritual vocabulary & understanding of the Christian faith, and God’s characteristics.

At the Zone Quiz each quizzer who scores 80% or above will advance to the District Quiz in April. 

April 18, 2009 at Richardson (Dig Sites 1-20)

To qualify for World Quiz, the quizzer must score 85% or above at the District Quiz.  The registration fee is $30 (non-refundable) per quizzer, which covers award, supplies, and t-shirt.  Please note:  Parents are responsible for providing housing, transportation, and meals for their child for World Quiz.

VERY IMPORTANT - Parents must come to the District Quiz prepared to register their child for the World Quiz and pay the fee before leaving the quiz!  If a parent is not planning to attend the District Quiz with their child they must send the information and the fee with the coach.  The District Quiz Director will have to register all quizzers as a district the following week.  The following information is needed for each quizzer who qualifies for World Quiz:  t-shirt size, parent/guardian name, address, phone number, e-mail.

In addition, each district is required to provide one score keeper for World Quiz for every 5 qualifying quizzers.  Please be considering whether or not you can help in this area.  This information is also needed before leaving the District Quiz.  Score keepers can be parents, grandparents, coaches, church members, etc. and will be assigned to score in a district other than their own.  For score keeper registration we will need name, address, phone number, e-mail, t-shirt size, and quizzing level that you will score.

World Quiz 2009 is only a part of the first ever NazKidz General Convention!  Plan to be a part of this exciting event for kids who have completed grades 1-6!  Below is some helpful information regarding the convention and World Quiz.
